- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. Should this happen, we will inform you via email.

International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: 3-20 business

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Here’s an estimate of shipping fees:
Domestic:
- Standard Shipping Portugal: 4 €
- Free Shipping for orders over 50 €
International within Europe:
- Standard International Shipping: 6,50 €
- Free Shipping for orders over 100 €
International non - Europe:
- Standard International Shipping: 7,50 €
- Free Shipping for orders over 100 €
Note: Some international destinations may incur additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, or handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over 50 € and international orders over 100 €. The free shipping option will automatically apply at checkout once the minimum order value is met.
